The staff were lovely, welcoming, and professional. The location was perfect with Montreux train station on one side and Lake Geneva on the other. The hotel was of a very high standard. The interior design was fantastic and the food in the restaurant was delicious with a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were very well equipped. The rooms have a hairdryer, ironing board, L'Occitane toiletries, bath robes, a yoga mat, a safe, an umbrealla and some complimentary soft drinks - all lovely touches to make your stay more enjoyable. The bar was lovely inside and also on the outdoor terrace. They had a nice selection of wine and cocktails with great service from the friendly bar staff.

Superb! They've refurbished the hotel to such an extent that it's now the best in town,imo-better than that "5-star" neighbor of theirs. Common areas offer stunning views of the lake and mountains.Quality beds and linens. Spanking new bathrooms .Even the corridors are attractive. Front desk always had cheerful,helpful staff.Never a wait longer than a minute to check in and out. I ate (buffet)breakfast and dinner there 3 days in a row-and each meal was outstanding. Small complaints: the small gym is nearly worthless-but there's a good private gym on the promenade in front of the hotel. And I'm surprised the restaurant and bar do not offer real espressos and cappuccinos,as opposed to the automatic machines they use now.

Great location in front of the train station and lake. Staff were professional, we were allowed to check in one hour earlier and also store our luggage after check out. Complimentary water, soda and juice in the mini bar. There was a yoga mat, an iron and ironing board in the room. We had a large corner room with city view (facing train station) on the 8th floor. Noise wasn't an issue with the windows closed. Nice lobby and cocktail bar. Didn't have breakfast but the restaurant looked nice. Free travel card was provided which included a discount to Chillon castle.

Location. Right on the promenade and super close to the train station (literally steps from the train station but with a room on the lakeside it didn’t feel like it or hear anything with trains). Views of lake. Get a room with a lakeside view. If sunny enjoy an awesome view of the sunset. Terrace patio. For breakfast or drinks at the bar. They have a restaurant too for other meals but we didn’t partake. Room amenities. Super comfortable bed and shower was great.

Beautiful location - the views from the terrace are incomparable. We loved both the bar and the restaurant and all the staff were so lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The room was beautiful with a little balcony and the bed very comfortable. We’ll definitely stay here again.
